For damage that is creating a Health and Safety hazard, please call nbn on 1800 687 626 to ensure any Health and Safety hazards are prioritised. 

Damage to a utility asset, such as power, water or gas, should be reported to your relevant utility provider.

If your service is not working, please check our network outages page, or speak to your phone and internet provider who will be able to assist you.

Report or make a complaint about nbn® supplied equipment installation and workmanship 

If your installed nbn supplied equipment is causing a health and safety hazard, please call 1800 687 626 to ensure any health and safety hazards are prioritised.

If you’re intending to remove or relocate your nbn supplied equipment (such as an nbn™ connection box, associated cables and other equipment) due to renovation, demolition or a move of premises, visit our relocation and removal page for more information.

If you are a medical alarm user, please contact your medical alarm equipment supplier for advice before requesting the relocation of nbn supplied equipment. It’s important you do this to check whether the alarm will continue to work normally with the nbn supplied equipment in a different location. This is because the position of the medical alarm may have been chosen by the supplier to provide adequate signal coverage throughout the home. If the alarm connects over the nbn network, and the position of the nbn supplied equipment is changed, this may affect the operation of the alarm.
